Minds Eye Of Life

Sitting in the park, amidst the lush greenery, I saw a few people having conversations with a smile, A few people lost in time playing with their innocent kids, And a few others are sitting in solitude yet happy. The air I breathed smelled of joy and happiness, It smelled of content and peace all around, A moment peace was found amidst a tranquil surrounding, I looked inwards and told myself that life is indeed beautiful. -VJ Says ~ Cheers and Peace

I looked up at the sky  lying down on the ground, I tried hard to find a  twinkling star in the dark sky, The clouds had hid them all,  away from my sight, The moon too seemed to be shy, Darkness was the queen tonight. I stayed there on the ground peacefully  stretching out my arms, I slowly seemed to be drawn  into the beauty of darkness, It was as if she was teasing me with her charm, Asking me to embrace her  and hold her close in my arms. I closed my eyes and there was darkness within, I opened my eyes and there was darkness around, We seemed to have been  interwoven by soul and body, And I stayed there on the ground  watching her takeover the sky, Nothing seemed more sweet  than this moment of love, this moment of high. - VJ Says ~ Cheers and Peace!

As I walked out of the office into the wet street a smile escaped my lips. After several weeks of unbearable summer heat it had finally rained. The cool breeze of wind only added to my joy. There has always been something mystical about rain. Especially the occasional ones which are blessed in summer. They bring along a wave of positivity, a sense of hope, a feeling of liberation.

Can we have peace, an eternal one? No War, No bullets, No bombing of cities, A free world, which smells of love and tranquillity, Blurred borders and no questions asked. It all may just be a dream in real world, But I am happy it’s a dream that I wish to come true, Wish is what matters for now, a reality which is still due. - VJ Says ~ Cheers and Peace

It’s not your fault that you had to go away, You never promised you will be here forever. I look back at the days gone by, Smiling as the glimpses of past cross my mind

I sat there in silence, With my head resting on her lap. She was warm and gentle, It felt soothing and blissful. As she caressed me and kissed me, It felt lovely with her by my side. As a gentle breeze blew, I felt her hairs gently slapping my face.

Oh my darling don’t be scared, It’s all going to be over pretty soon. The bombing is going to stop, The firing is going to end, When we are all dead, it’s going to end! Don’t you close thy eyes, Let them see the world as it is, For there is not going to be any tomorrow. Don’t you shut thy ears, Let them hear the firing of the guns. Oh my darling don’t be scared, It’s all going to be over pretty soon. All of humanity never learned from their past, Wars to cover their dark deeds, Wars in the name of peace! Death, misery and darkness comes with the blast, Wonder how long they are all going to last! Oh my darling don’t be scared, It’s all going to be over pretty soon.
