There was a time when I wondered, What would she look like, The one who would make me smile. There was a time when I wondered, What would she be like, The one who would make me dance. I waited for years together, Met a few, who made me smile, Also met a few who made me dance, But never did I meet the one, Who would make me smile as I danced. It all changed when she came into my life, There was silence and no music, But she lit up my life with her smile. A frail smile appeared on his face. He then walked out to the balcony of his apartment and lit up his fifth cigarette for the night. As he exhaled the smoke, he stared at the empty street. He took another drag, as he let go the smoke he drifted into a flash back of a sort. All the events that transpired during the day flashed in front of his eyes.
