Confession Of A Blogger

Right now the clock on my desk reads 07:54 AM and on this very same desk is are few of my friends swimming joyfully in the aquarium. Back of my mind a question pops up, "why you writing all this just hours before you rush to work?" I am doing this so that I can document my thoughts right now in my mind before they evaporate. Some confessions too are pending to be expressed. First thing first, the work-home-eat-sleep and the continuous loop that this process being followed had almost killed the real me. Killed it all until I came across an update that my blog has been nominated along with what I believe hundred or as I think thousands of other blogs for "The Indian Blogger Awards 2013 !" #IBAwards2013 organized by www.indiblogger.in   The nomination is a true story and you get the details by clicking this Link: http://www.indiblogger.in/iba/entry.php?edition=1&entry=41228 Confession number 1 is that the first reaction of mine to this was wow! Tiny flame, turned into a glowing sun

How often have you not come across people trying to preach you the right way to do things? I guess almost everyone does, it’s some sort of human phenomenon I guess. I completely respect their sentiments; sure their words are stemmed from certain experience too.  But at times it kind of gets little too much to take, when others try to emphasise that their way is the only way. Their reaction is an indication of what might be transitioning within; their self esteem comes crashing down to earth. It would all be so much easier to co-exi...

A Life’s Random Song, About Abstract Thoughts!

Pick a word, I said to her, And she said songs. I thought about it, And colours began to explode in mind, Colours yes colours, Red, blue, green and grey. Random thoughts spurted out from deep within, They had no definite purpose but had a cause. A song, a song I said to myself again, A song of love or a song of pain, Words of joy or were those words of blame. Then I saw a picture in the dark sky, A boy stranded in the by lane, He too was singing a song tonight, A song of silence, In memory of the night’s stillness. And then I heard a little girl cry, Her voice was feeble may be she was shy. I listened with care and she had lots to say, I could sense there was a song in her cry, It was a song about her broken dream, It was song for the lost toy washed away in the stream. Far away I heard an old man sing, He sang of the beautiful days gone by. He was old and yet he smiled, He sang the song to a grey haired lady, His soul was tired and his body was old, Yet he had the women he alw...
